What we do
UANHelp.in is an independent informational website that explains EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation) and Provident Fund services in plain, simple English. Our guides cover PF withdrawal, the EPF passbook, UAN activation, PF balance checks, KYC updates and claim status tracking — what each service is, who needs it, and how the official process works, step by step.
Government portals describe where to click. We explain the full picture: what to keep ready before you start, how the process flows, and what to do when something goes wrong.
What we don't do
- We are not the EPFO and not affiliated with any government body.
- We never ask for your UAN, password, OTP, Aadhaar number or bank details.
- We cannot file claims, update KYC, or escalate grievances on your behalf.
- We do not charge for anything — all guides are free to read.
How our guides are written
Every guide starts from the official EPFO process and published documentation, then gets rewritten in plain language with practical structure: direct answers first, numbered steps, common problems, and FAQs. We avoid invented statistics, copied content and filler. Where rules, fees or timelines can change, we say so and point you to the official portal to confirm.
