What we collect

UANHelp.in is a static informational website. We deliberately collect as little as possible:

  • No accounts, no logins. There is nothing to sign up for, so we hold no usernames or passwords.
  • Contact emails. If you email us, we receive your message and address so we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list.
  • Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
⚠️ Never send sensitive detailsDo not send us your UAN, password, OTP, Aadhaar number, PAN or bank details by email or any other channel. We will never ask for them and cannot help with individual PF accounts.

How we use it

Email correspondence is used only to respond to your message. Server logs are used only for security, debugging and understanding aggregate usage. We do not build profiles, sell data, or use your information for marketing.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected, and cookie consent will be handled as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or to protect the site's security.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion of correspondence, by emailing hello@uanhelp.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
